- 0285–95°C / 185–205°Fabout 500 ml / 17 ozPour hot waterPour the water gently over the ball and fill the pot.
- 035 - 8 minWatch it bloomThe ball slowly opens into a flower right before your eyes.
- 04Pour & sipFrom pot to cupPour the tea into your cup and top up the pot two or three times.
A little steeping tipBrew it in a clear glass pot and watch the flower open. Top it up with hot water two or three times.
