I love this particular type of tea and have tried MANY varieties both in China and in the US. This is really an excellent version (and much, much better than the other ginseng oolong sold by Tealyra). You can tell at first just by looking: actual leaves instead of the over-processed rabbit pellet look of sub-par ginseng oolongs. The smell and flavor are wonderful This is a go-to everyday tea and has been a constant favorite. Well-done, Tealyra. Keep it in stock forever please!

Flavour of the oolong is very subtle, but compliments the flavour of the ginseng very well. oolong has slight floral and grassy notes. ginseng leaves a long lasting sweet aftertaste, lasts for about 5 infusions when brewing gong fu style

I have bought a couple of teas from the Tealrya range and this tea is absolutely magnificent. The aroma and taste of this tea is amazing. This is without doubt the best ginseng tea I have ever tasted fragrant, refreshing and relaxing. My fellow work colleagues smell the aroma and ask me about the tea because they like the smell. Worth trying.

This is a wonderful oolong. It is very fragrant and tolerant of mis-timed steeping. Probably my favourite oolong, off the top of my head. Actually, I can't think of another one I like more, so this must be the top one for me.

Every time I open the tin I find quiet pleasure in the aroma that greets my sense.

Incredibly fragrant and with a long-lasting sweet aftertaste, ginseng oolong tea was a favourite discovery in China - and this version is just as good.

The tea is packed with lingering flavour (without the slight bitterness of some black teas) and the leaves will allow for a couple of top ups.

Plus apparently it's good for your health - definitely worth a try.
