Milk Jin Xuan Taiwanese – Rich, Buttery Milk Oolong

This special hand-processed Milk Jin Xuan Taiwanese oolong comes from Taiwan's famous tea-growing regions. Jin Xuan oolongs are known for their naturally rich, creamy mouthfeel, and this tea celebrates that character beautifully.

Its production requires special attention to time, temperature, altitude and soil conditions. During processing, the leaves are baked and flavored with a delicate "milk essence" before drying, enhancing Jin Xuan's natural milky richness. This special growing region and process give the tea its creaminess, milky flavor and silky texture.

After a recent trip to China, I fell in love with Oolong tea, so bought a few different ones to try. This one is my favourite. I try to save it for a treat as its so delicious, and find myself thinking about it for hours after I have drunk a cup

A buttery/milky delicious tea, consistent in aroma along smell and taste. Like some fine whisky it is a tasting experience. Really love it.

I just received this tea yesterday and this is definitely my new favourite! This tea is VEGAN so don't mind one of the reviews saying it isn't. If you research this tea, you will find out that the taste comes from the way the leaves are grown not any use of milk in the process. If you like Oolong and haven't tried this yet you are missing out big time!
