Fujian Zhenghe Mao Feng Supreme – Baked High-Mountain Green Tea

Zhenghe Mao Feng Supreme is a fresh, aromatic Chinese green tea crafted from spring-harvested leaves grown in the high-mountain tea gardens of Zhenghe, Fujian. Known for its clean mountain character and elegant processing style, it offers a smooth, refreshing cup with a naturally sweet finish.

The leaves are carefully prepared using traditional baking techniques, which give the tea its distinctive roasted-green character and gentle, bean-like aroma. The dry leaves are sturdy, even and emerald-green with a glossy appearance, reflecting careful selection and quality craftsmanship. Made from 100% natural tea leaves with no additives, it's a pure expression of Fujian's mountain tea.

This year's Fujian Mao Feng blew it out of the park. I absolutely love it.

Brewing this with short highly concentrated steeps gong fu style has immense shock factor. The flavour is so much better than long western steeps. This is because there is a higher concentration of the sweeter compounds that are released in the first few seconds of a steep.

This company gladly refunded my stale batch, and I will definitely be buying from them again.

Fujian Mao Feng is my favourite tea ever. It tastes like cream soda, or vanilla and chocolate ice-cream. If you brew it just right, it hits you like hot Coco, without any bitterness, with that same sweet warmth in the throat on the exhale.

I always thought I didn't like green tea, but this is really good and I will definitely get it again. It has a kind of sweet flavor even though there is no sugar in it. It reminds me of tea I might have in a restaurant

The best Mao Feng tea I ever tasted. It has a vegetal taste after every sip. It was going to be one of my temporary teas to try out, but I love the taste so much that it’s become permanent.
